Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law for employment.
• Background history considered in compliance with laws.
• Drug screen may be required; licensing per state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security procedures and emergency responses.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and escalate as site procedures dictate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter and report concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity in accordance with site policies and procedures.
• Document incidents and patrols accurately and communicate information to leadership and site representatives.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity in accordance with site policies and applicable procedures.
• Document incidents, patrol activities, and security-related observations accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
