• Monitor access points, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and maintain logs/reports per site requirements.
• Observe and report unusual activity, facility conditions, and hazards to appropriate personnel.

As a Security Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)Candidates must be proficient in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes the ability to navigate software applications, manage emails, and utilize online resources effectively.

• Customer Service Experience (B219)Candidates should possess a background in customer service, demonstrating strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent service to clients and customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout food and beverage production, warehouse, office, and perimeter areas, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs and reports in accordance with site requirements.
• Observe and report unusual activity, facility conditions, and potential hazards to appropriate personnel while helping to deter unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
