Responsibilities

• Create a fun environment
• Be a gracious host to guests and coworkers
• Promote positive community influence and participate in company events
• Provide security at assigned areas: maintain visibility, handle issues, watch for hazards, assist medical staff
• Patrol parking lots
• Escort monetary transfers and provide security for cash and credit
• Manage customer boarding/disembarking: control crowds, direct traffic, check IDs and prohibited items
• Assist customers with directions, transportation, and car troubles
• Assist disabled patrons as needed
• Support table and slot drops, observe counts, and secure drop boxes
• Monitor entries/exits of count rooms and maintain logs
• Serve as dispatcher and assign officers
• Record monitor activities
• Write incident reports and testify in court if needed
• Perform strenuous physical activities occasionally
• Maintain appearance and grooming standards
• Adhere to attendance, safety, and company policies
• Keep work areas clean and hazard-free
• Perform all duties responsibly and as directed

Requirements

• Outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude
• Enjoy hosting and engaging with guests
• Comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment
• Must be at least 21 years old
• High school diploma or G.E.D.; six months related experience preferred
• Physically capable of pushing, pulling, lifting up to 25 lbs, and performing various physical tasks in confined spaces
