Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors and delivery personnel while following security procedures.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries at access points according to site policy.
• Verify IDs, visitor authorization, shipping docs, and delivery appointments before entry.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions or violations to supervision.
• Respond calmly to incidents and conduct regular patrols of entrances, loading areas, and perimeters.

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel entering the logistics and distribution location in accordance with site access requirements.
• Verify identification, visitor authorization, shipping documentation, and delivery appointments before permitting entry to designated areas.
• Monitor access points, observe facility activity, and report unusual conditions, prohibited items, or policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
