Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular patrols of interior, exterior, and perimeter areas and report security concerns.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Screening in Pooler, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener in a logistics and distribution location, you will help maintain a secure environment by screening individuals and belongings, monitoring access points, and reporting security-related concerns. You will provide professional customer service and clear communication while helping to deter incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific screening procedures and security-related policies at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen individuals, packages, and/or permitted items entering designated areas in accordance with site procedures, reporting prohibited or suspicious items or activity to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access points and maintain accurate records of visitor, contractor, and delivery activity as required by site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including the business interior, exterior, and perimeter, and report observed security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
