Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for full-time night shift in Wilsonville, OR. You will patrol and monitor a aerospace/defense location, provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors, and uphold site security protocols.

You will handle incidents calmly, maintain logs, and work within a team that values integrity and people-first culture. Minimum requirements include a HS diploma, background check, and ability to meet licensing/driver requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.

• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and surrounding areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Report hazards, suspicious activity, and policy violations to site contacts and supervision.

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol - Night Shift in Wilsonville, OR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to site needs. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture through teamwork and integrity.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $19.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Sat 12:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Sun 12:00 AM - 12:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, exterior grounds, perimeter, parking areas, and restricted-access areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Report observed hazards, suspicious activity, facility issues, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
