Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company in North America, seeks a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driving Role in Clarksville, TN. You will monitor a high-tech data center, deter incidents, and provide excellent customer service while performing routine patrols and access control.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license; CPR certification is preferred; prior customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a data center location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior perimeter, entry points, and grounds to identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, supporting authorized access to restricted areas.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Pay Rate: $19.71 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Thur: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM; Fri: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM; Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM; Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
