Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Monroe, NC to protect clients across manufacturing and industrial environments. You will patrol, monitor access, and respond to incidents while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while following site-specific procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, access points, and facility perimeter.
• Monitor and control access by verifying credentials, directing visitors and contractors, and documenting entry/exit activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner per reporting and escalation procedures.
• Observe and report unusual conditions, equipment concerns, unauthorized activity, and policy violations to site contacts and leadership.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while carrying out site-specific procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter, with conditions varying throughout the location.
• Monitor and control access to the location by verifying credentials, directing visitors and contractors, and documenting entry and exit activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Observe and report unusual conditions, equipment concerns, unauthorized activity, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
