Job summary

Allied Universal® in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Credential Reconciliation. You will monitor and patrol the site, deter security incidents, and support access control while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires unarmed patrol duties, 18+ (or 21+ for armed), a high school diploma, and a background check. Shift schedule includes nights and weekends, with a competitive pay rate and benefits.

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees by following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly and report per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols in distribution areas, parking lots, and entry points.
• Monitor access points and vehicle/visitor traffic per site policies.
• Document patrols and incidents in required reports and share information with site leadership.
