Allied Universal®, North America’s leading security and facility services company, invites you to join our overnight security team in Milwaukee, WI. As a Full Time Overnight Security Officer, you will patrol assigned sites, deter incidents, assist tenants and visitors, and provide professional customer service while upholding Allied Universal’s values.

This role requires a high school diploma, 18+ age, and the ability to pass background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• 18+ years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors and shoppers during patrols.

As a Security Officer Full Time Overnights in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to shoppers, tenants, and visitors. You will communicate professionally, respond to security-related concerns, and support a welcoming environment while representing Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, care, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $19.26 / Hour

• Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and shoppers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols throughout retail common areas, parking facilities, business locations, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
• Assist with access control, visitor assistance, directions, and reporting of maintenance or security-related concerns observed during patrols.
• Document incidents, observations, and activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
