As a Security Officer Full Time - Overnight Shift in Forest Grove, OR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Access Control Officer, you will help support a secure environment by monitoring entry points, verifying authorized access, and maintaining a visible presence throughout the location. You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors, report security-related concerns, and help deter incidents through attentive observation. Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the location by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor records, and directing authorized personnel and guests in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, observing for unusual conditions and reporting findings according to site procedures.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, access-control records, and incident documentation while communicating professionally with employees, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
