Qualifications

As a Security Officer Full Time Overnight Control Patrol in Clayton, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, donors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.


• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with facility policies, helping to support an orderly healthcare environment.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.


• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter, documenting unusual conditions and reporting concerns.


• Assist with maintaining accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.


• CPR/First Aid is preferred.


• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
