Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer for a full-time morning shift in De Pere, WI. You will patrol healthcare locations, monitor entrances, and deliver exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, preparing incident reports, and maintaining a secure, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation as per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required per state/local laws.

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping support an orderly environment for healthcare operations.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management as required.

As a Security Officer - Full Time - Mornings in De Pere, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff while working with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and committed to integrity.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $17.37 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 07:00 AM - 01:00 PM
• Tue 07:00 AM - 01:00 PM
• Wed 07:00 AM - 01:00 PM
• Thur 07:00 AM - 01:00 PM
• Fri 07:00 AM - 01:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
