Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for Mobile Patrol in Odessa, TX. You will protect clients across industries, perform unarmed patrols, monitor access points, and maintain logs while delivering high-quality customer service.

As a Security Officer Full Time Mobile Patrol in Odessa, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for personnel and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, communicate clearly, report security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical/petrochemical location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned areas, buildings, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs and reports in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel as directed.
• Observe and report potential hazards, equipment concerns, and policy violations while following required personal protective equipment and site access requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
