Job summary

• Respond to incidents and resident concerns calmly and professionally, contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and shift communications as required.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential condominium community, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to residents and guests. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, entry points, amenities, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, resident, and vendor activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
