• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and report suspicious activity or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation while maintaining professional communication with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

As a Security Officer Full Time Licensed Patrol in Hattiesburg, MS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors, document observations, and support a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $12.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
