Qualifications

• 2+ years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.

• 18+ (unarmed) / 21+ (armed) age requirements.
• Background check and drug screening as per law.

Responsibilities

• Provide security procedures, access policies, and emergency response at a logistics and distribution site.
• Operate the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying IDs, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining records.
• Monitor facility access and direct authorized personnel to appropriate areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and follow site procedures.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, delivery personnel, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Operate the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor and delivery records.
• Monitor access to the facility, direct authorized individuals to appropriate areas, and communicate entry requirements to support controlled access to distribution operations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and follow site-specific response procedures.
• Answer incoming calls, provide directions and general information, receive packages or communications, and maintain professional communication with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 2+ years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Have access control or badge experience preferred.
• Have alarm panel experience preferred.
• Have customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
