This role requires a DoD Secret Clearance, ability to lift >20 lbs, and a high school diploma. You will respond to incidents, complete visitor logs, and support daily operations with integrity.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a front desk within an aerospace and defense location, following site-specific procedures and access protocols.
• Monitor entry activity, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, and direct authorized personnel to appropriate areas in accordance with security-related policies.
• Answer phones, provide general information, and communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Complete required reports and documentation related to visitor activity, access concerns, and other security-related events.

Pay Rate: $19.45 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM
• Tue: 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM
• Sat: 06:30 AM - 06:30 PM
• Sun: 06:30 AM - 06:30 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be able to lift more than 20 pounds, preferred.
• Have customer service experience, preferred.
• Possess a Guard Card or license, preferred.
• Possess CPR certification, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
