As a Security Officer Full Time Entry Authorization in Moncks Corner, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. You will help manage site entry, verify credentials, monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing or corporate location.
• Control access to the location by verifying identification, credentials, visitor authorizations, and delivery documentation in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Monitor entry and exit points, vehicle gates, access control systems, and visitor activity; document access-related concerns and notify appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents, access-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, parking locations, entry points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
