Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Entry Access in Moncks Corner, SC. This full-time role involves patrolling, monitoring access points, and delivering exceptional customer service at a logistics and distribution site.

You will perform badge-related activities, respond to incidents, and help ensure security and safety across the facility while upholding company values of care, teamwork, and integrity.

Qualificações

• Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Applicants subject to background investigation as per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, trailer yards, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points, check credentials as directed, and maintain logs of visitors, deliveries, incidents, and patrol activities.
• Help deter unauthorized access, theft, and property damage by observing and reporting unusual activity and following reporting procedures.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Entry Accessin Moncks Corner, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and help to deter security-related incidents while supporting a welcoming environment. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and use computer or tablet systems to support access control and badge activities. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
