• Complete activity reports and shift communications per site guidelines.

As a Security Officer Full Time - Distribution Site - Swing Shift in Hillsboro, OR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and committed to integrity.

Pay Rate: $18.92 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location, observe visitor, employee, and delivery activity, and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
