Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a Full Time Days shift in Independence, KY. You will monitor client sites, deter incidents, and provide courteous, professional customer service.

Pay rate is $19.50 per hour. Schedule includes DayTime Mon-Fri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM with additional weekend shifts. You will conduct regular patrols and respond calmly to incidents.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Payrate- $19.50/hr

As a Security Officer Full Time Daysin Independence, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. You will communicate clearly, respond to security-related concerns, and support a professional environment through teamwork, integrity, reliability, and a people-first approach.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
