Description: St. Mary Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health, Mid-Atlantic, is seeking a Full-time Security Officer to join our team. The primary focus of this role is ensuring the security of hospital employees, patients, families, visitors, and property.

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours weekly)

Shift: Day Shift (7:30AM to 4:00PM) with flexibility to work rotating schedules as needed

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of hospital staff, patients, visitors, and property
• Implement fire prevention measures and respond to emergencies
• Maintain safety practices within assigned areas
• Oversee operations of the Security Operations Center (SOC)
• Operate metal detectors and conduct wanding procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; previous related experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required
