Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Badge Audit Driver in Buford, GA. You will manage access, verify credentials, patrol the site, and provide customer service to drivers and employees at a logistics location.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, background check, and drug screen where allowed by law. Schedule includes several night shifts with a pay rate of $16.33 per hour.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted.
• Criminal histories considered per law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorized access, and maintain accurate visitor, driver, and delivery records.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and dispatch, document observations and incidents, and support the orderly flow of vehicle and pedestrian traffic.

What You'll Do:
