• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location while performing site-specific security procedures, access requirements, and emergency responses.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, badges, and authorization for personnel, visitors, deliveries, and contractors.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a professional armed presence while following laws, post orders, weapon-handling requirements, and Allied Universal procedures.

Weekly Pay

Job Schedule:

• Thur 05:00 AM - 05:00 PM
• Fri 05:00 AM - 05:00 PM
• Sat 05:00 AM - 05:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location while carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of assigned interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, badges, and authorization for personnel, visitors, deliveries, and contractors in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel as required.
• Maintain a professional armed presence while following applicable laws, post orders, weapon‑handling requirements, and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an Armed Guard Card/License.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Handcuffing Certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
