Qualifications
Educational Requirements: High school diploma or GED required.
Licenses: California Guard Card required.
Experience
Typing skills and the ability to prepare computer-based incident reports and logs are required. Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills are essential to interact professionally with all levels of personnel, the general public, and patients.
Physical Demands
Constant standing or walking on various surfaces (tile, concrete, carpet) for entire shifts. Climbing stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally. Running as needed. Bending, twisting, and lifting or carrying up to 80 lbs. using both hands, arms, and fingers. Continuous use of vision to observe, read, and interact with people and security monitors. Ability to work in personal protective equipment (gloves, masks, gowns) while assisting medical staff.
