Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer (Full Time Access Control Patrol) in Union City, GA. You will monitor and patrol a distribution facility, support access control, and provide excellent customer service in a dynamic team setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution facility, loading areas, parking areas, trailer yards, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and vehicle entry and exit activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, maintaining required logs and documentation.
• Support the orderly flow of operations by observing conditions throughout the location and communicating relevant information to appropriate personnel.

Security Officer Full Time Access Control Patrol in Union City, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and alarm response activities. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while working with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and committed to integrity.

Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
