Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A background check is required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail areas, stockrooms, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to deter unauthorized access and policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report through established procedures.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately and communicate information to site leadership and supervision.

As a Security Officer Full Time Access Control in Frazeysburg, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and support a welcoming environment for visitors and employees. You will use communication and customer service skills to address concerns and report security-related activity. Job Schedule:

• Mon 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wed 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail areas, stockrooms, entry points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity to help deter unauthorized access, theft-related activity, and other policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
