Falcons Landing, a premier Life Plan Retirement Community just outside Washington, DC, seeks a professional Security Officer to join our Security Department. You will patrol the community, monitor activity, enforce policies, and help create a safe, welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 1–2 years in security or customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of related security or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• CPR certification preferred (training may be provided).
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement.
• Availability to work 6:00 pm - 6:00 am variable nights depending on needs.

This role is essential to maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents, employees, and visitors.
