Job summary

Rivers Casino Pittsburgh is seeking a security team member to safeguard guests and assets while enforcing identification checks and access rules. You will support emergency procedures and respond to patron inquiries under supervision.

The role requires excellent communication, flexibility, and the ability to perform physical tasks during an 8-hour shift, including holidays. Prior casino hotel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Casino hotel experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge in computers including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred.
• Must be able to walk, run, stand, kneel, stretch, push, pull and pull weight for a full 8 hour shift.
• Ability to communicate with Team members and guests.
• Ability to be a TEAM player.
• Ability to fulfill the pre-employment process.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.

• Verify patron’s identification to prevent those under the age of 21 from gaining access to Rivers Casino Pittsburgh property.

• Handles patrons inquires and complaints and will solicit the support of a Supervisor Security as necessary.
• All other duties as assigned
