Allied Universal in Minooka, IL is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time Incident Coordination). You will monitor areas, conduct patrols, deter incidents, and support a safe, welcoming environment for employees and visitors at a logistics site.

You will provide exceptional customer service, maintain clear communication with site contacts and leadership, respond to incidents calmly, and follow site policies and access-control procedures.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required under federal, state and local laws.
• Allied Universal may consider applicants with criminal histories as allowed by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required before employment.
• A valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, communicating relevant information to site contacts and leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the distribution facility, loading areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying entry, documenting visitor and vehicle activity, and following access-control procedures.
• Observe shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations for security concerns, reporting incidents or policy violations.

As a Security Officer Full Time Incident Coordination in Minooka, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
