As a Security Officer Full Time Incident Coordination in Minooka, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and operations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the distribution facility, loading areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying authorized entry, documenting visitor and vehicle activity, and following site-specific access-control procedures.
• Observe shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations for security-related concerns, reporting incidents, hazards, or policy violations in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
