Position Overview

Security Officer for a Residential Facility in Asbury Park, NJ

Ideal candidates should possess at least 6 months of security experience. Starting salary is $18.00 per hour. Available shifts include:

• Friday & Saturday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sunday & Monday: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by implementing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with working conditions varying by client site.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Subject to background checks and drug screening as per legal requirements.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and locality; a valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
