Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Front Desk Graveyard in Los Angeles, CA. You will welcome residents and visitors, manage access control, monitor activity, and provide exceptional customer service while representing a reliable team.

With a focus on safety and professional conduct, you will support a secure residential environment. This full-time role offers a competitive pay rate and a shift schedule during nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and staff while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related responsibilities at a multifamily residential location.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and delivery records.
• Monitor building access points, cameras, alarms, and communications systems, and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to resident concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency services when needed.
• Maintain clear written logs and incident reports, communicate shift activity to team members, and deter unauthorized access through a professional front-desk presence.

As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will welcome residents and visitors, manage access control, monitor activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
