Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
• 3+ years of Military Police, Corrections Officer, armed security experience, or Certified Law Enforcement Graduate.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Serve as a professional front-desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor entry activity, access control systems, cameras, alarms, and other assigned security-related equipment; report irregularities and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident reports, access records, and other required documentation while protecting confidential information.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Possess 3 or more years of Military Police, Corrections Officer, or armed security-related experience, or be a Certified Law Enforcement Graduate.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
