Securitas USA is hiring a Security Officer for Madison, WI. The role involves protecting people and property by patrolling, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe environment.

Ideal candidates will have 18+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service skills. Training is provided, with opportunities for full-time or part-time shifts and weekly pay.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.
• Above average computer/technology skills needed.
• Prior security, law enforcement or military experience a plus.
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and vigilant during shift.
• Must respond to emergencies with rapid/ effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background investigation.
