Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer-Flex Schedule in Denver. You will join a dynamic team, using a shift-pickup platform to claim open shifts based on availability and gain hands-on experience across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized presence.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances and exits.
• Observe departing personnel to prevent theft and ensure proper property handling.
• Investigate accidents and incidents; maintain written logs as required.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
