Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service.
• Use multiple applications daily.
• Provide information and assistance to callers on emergencies and security needs.
• Dispatch personnel for emergency and non-emergency responses.
• Uphold regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Monitor CCTV and report maintenance needs.
• Operate and test access control and security systems.
• Create and maintain incident reports and files.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow site-specific post guidelines.
