DK Security, Inc. in Grand Rapids, MI, is seeking a full-time security officer to join a growing team. The role offers a stable schedule and competitive hourly pay with benefits after eligibility.

Pay rate is $17.65/hour with shifts Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Applicants must be 18+, possess a HS diploma or GED, pass background and drug checks, and be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid/AED certification and a valid driver's license.

Job Skills / Requirements

CURRENT OPENINGS: ACA FT , Monday to Thursday, 0800-1700

Pay Rate: $17.65/hour

LOCATION: Grand Rapids, MI

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must have either a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• May NOT have any felony convictions and must be able to pass a criminal background check in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Must be able to successfully pass a drug test at the time of hire and randomly thereafter.
• Must present a friendly, positive, and professional image.
• Must be willing to become CPR/1st Aide/AED Certified
• Must have a valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
• Less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
• Less than 2 at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
• No other major violations in the last 3 years.
• Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to sit, stand or walk for the duration of the shift, including walking long distances, and possibly up and down stairs
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be readily able to respond to emergency situations
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
