Middleton Place is seeking a Security Officer to perform static security at courtyards, offices, pools, and other high value areas in Milwaukee and Madison, WI. You will ensure access control, safety, and property protection with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to obtain security license upon hire
• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Pass background check and drug test
• Reliable transportation
• Complete training modules within first month
• Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
• Demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism
• Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds

Responsibilities

• Conduct static security services for courtyards, offices, pools, and other high value areas.
• Write detailed and accurate reports using company technology and post orders.
• Arrive on time for shifts, clock in/out, and follow dress code and appearance standards.
• Interact with on-site customers to cultivate a customer service relationship.
• Report information and concerns to the Dedicated Branch Supervisor promptly.
• Care for Signal equipment including radios, access keys/cards, vehicles, and devices.
• Deescalate issues through professional and prompt communication.
• Meet daily benchmarks and maintain service quality as directed by supervisors.
• Communicate client needs and post order changes in daily Scrum communications.
