Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Security Officer for the Cheshire, CT area. The position offers a pay rate of $18.27 per hour and a Monday–Friday 6am–2pm shift, providing security and customer service to protect client sites.

The role involves maintaining a safe and secure environment, patrolling premises, and assisting employees and visitors as needed. No specific experience required, though prior security or related experience is preferred. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED.
• Fast paced environment & Customer service.
• Valid Drivers License with clean MVR (Preferred).
• Security or relevant experience (Preferred).
• CT Guard Card (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises.
• Patrol a variety of locations and enforce regulations and directives for a client site.
• Frequently provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
