Job Description

We are seeking experienced TWIC-carrying Security Professionals!

Must be over 21 years old and have an open schedule.

Location: Darrow/Geismar area

Pay: $18.50/hour, paid weekly

Shift: 12-hour shifts with a rotating schedule

Site: TWIC Site (requires patrolling in a company vehicle)

Mandatory Job Requirements:

• Ability to pass background screening
• Active TWIC card in hand
• Basic OSHA card in hand
• Reliable transportation
• Louisiana driver's license with a clean record (no flags or suspensions)
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Invitation to interview will be sent via email with a scheduled time and date. Interviews will take place in Metairie. Please bring TWIC, OSHA, and driver's license to the interview.

Allied Universal is seeking to fill the position of a Security Flex Officer.

The Security Flex Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the facilities they protect. They act as a visible deterrent to crime and rule infractions, and report suspicious or unsafe acts that may threaten the property, clients, guests, or employees.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Licensing requirements vary by state and may be required before employment
• Driving positions require a valid driver's license, at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to operate a vehicle safely
• Must complete background investigation and drug screening
• Availability to work at multiple locations, including special projects and shifts
• Ability to work any time and day
• Excellent customer service skills
• Intermediate computer skills for operating wireless technology
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Physical ability to work in various environments, lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs, and stand or walk for long periods
