Job Description

Allied Universal is now hiring in Philadelphia, PA, at the 100 Block of Arch Street. This is a part-time position with multiple shifts available, working Monday through Sunday. The pay rate is $16.25 per hour. Excellent career advancement opportunities are available. Paid orientation, medical, dental, vision, and 401k are provided for full-time employees. Candidates must be 21 years or older and have at least 1 year of security experience. The role involves working outside in various elements and standing or walking for long periods.

The Security Flex Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the facilities. They act as a visible deterrent to crime, detect and report suspicious or criminal acts, and ensure the safety of property, clients, guests, and employees.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Licensing requirements vary by location; may be required prior to employment.
• Driving positions require a valid driver’s license, a clean record, and the ability to operate a vehicle safely.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Available to work multiple locations and shifts, including special projects, call-offs, and vacations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills for operating wireless technology.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Ability to work in various environments, lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs or ladders, and stand or walk for long periods.
