Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Flex Holiday Patrol in Corpus Christi, TX. The role features 30-40 hours per week with shifts that vary weekly, including independent scheduling via our Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program. You will be assigned to work irregular shifts to support client needs.

Pay rate is $14.43 per hour. Basic duties include security patrols, monitoring for hazards, reporting, and assisting customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Be available to work varying shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be available for last-minute shift scheduling.
• Possess a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized presence.
• Warn violators of rule infractions such as loitering or carrying forbidden articles.
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances and exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property and ensure proper removal within client requirements.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs as required.
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
