Job Description

Allied Universal is seeking to fill the position of a Security Flex Officer. The Security Flex Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the facilities they protect. They act as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions, and detect and report suspicious, unsafe, or criminal acts at or near their assigned posts, which may threaten property, clients, guests, or employees.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to deal professionally with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Driving Positions: must possess a valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to operate a vehicle safely.
• Must successfully complete a background investigation and drug screening.
• Available to work at multiple locations, covering various shifts, including call-offs, vacations, and open shifts.
• Must be flexible and available to work any time and day.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Have intermediate computer skills for operating wireless technology.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Physical requirements include working in various environments, occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds, climbing stairs or ladders, and standing or walking for long periods.
