Sunstates Security is hiring Flex Security Officers in Burlington, NJ. These positions start at $19.00/hr with weekly pay.

Schedules:

• Weekdays (Flex)
• Weekends (Flex)

Requirements:

• Active SOLO
• CPR/AED Certification (preferred)
• 2-3 years of security experience
• Reliable transportation

Flex Officer Explanation

The Flex Officer supports operational and financial success by working shifts that become available due to various reasons, ensuring continuous service and supporting staff health and work-life balance.

Scheduling Expectations

Flex officers are trained at various posts and may work at different locations based on operational needs. Their schedules vary and may include short-notice shifts. Flex officers are expected to work scheduled shifts and communicate any unavailability in advance. They are generally expected to work at least 80% of assigned shifts, with refusal of more than 20% potentially impacting employment.
