Sunstates Security is hiring Flex Security Officers for all shifts and days in Cincinnati, OH. Starting pay is $18.50/hr, with weekly pay.

Requirements

• One year of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and communication.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to analyze situations, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and communicate clearly.
• Exceptional report writing skills.
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently.
• Comfort with driving within a 40-50 mile radius for training and coverage.

A Security Officer performs duties as per Post Orders and SOPs, requiring quick, efficient action based on directives.

Flex Officer Explanation

This role supports operational and financial success by filling shifts due to various causes, ensuring continuous service and promoting work-life balance.

Scheduling Expectations

• Training at various posts based on operational needs.
• Schedules vary and include advance and short-notice shifts.
