• Immediate hiring for Flex Security Officers for all shifts in Cincinnati, OH, with a starting pay of $18.50/hr, paid weekly.
• Preferred: One year of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience.

• Willingness to travel within a 40-50 mile radius for training and coverage.

The Security Officer performs duties as specified by Post Orders and SOPs, requiring quick and efficient action based on directives.

Flex Officer Explanation

The Flex Officer supports operational and financial success by working shifts that open due to various causes, ensuring continuous service and maintaining staff health and work-life balance.

Scheduling Expectations

• Training at various posts based on operational needs; assignments are not permanent.
• Schedules vary and shifts may be scheduled in advance or on short notice.
• Must work scheduled shifts and communicate unavailability to supervisors.
• Expected to work at least 80% of assigned shifts; refusing more than 20% may affect employment.

Education Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
