Job Description

Allied Universal is seeking to fill the position of a Security Flex Officer.

The Security Flex Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the facilities they protect. They act as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions and are tasked with detecting and reporting suspicious, unsafe, or criminal acts at or near their assigned posts, which could threaten property, clients, guests, or employees.

Hiring Details

• Pay: $13 per hour
• Location: North Demopolis, AL
• Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, or 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Requirements: Ability to walk and stand for long periods, work outdoors in various weather conditions, 1+ years of security experience, valid driver’s license
• We provide all training and uniforms

Qualifications/Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Licensing as required by state/local laws
• Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience and a clean record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Availability to work any time and day, handle crisis situations calmly, and work in various environments
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and climb stairs or ladders
