Job summary

Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer - Financial Facility Patrol in San Antonio, TX. You will safeguard clients across industries, perform unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence, and deliver excellent customer service.

This full-time role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to work a 7:00 AM–3:00 PM schedule. A high school diploma and two years of security experience are expected, with background

Qualifications

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as conditions of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking, entrances, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and report unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and alarms, document actions taken, and notify appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports and shift handoff communications.
