Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a logistics and distribution location by following site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns in a calm, solution-focused manner and follow reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify authorized access, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity.
• Report unusual conditions or security-related concerns to site contacts and leadership.
